Introduction

This five-day course teaches practical marketing skills you can use right away. You will learn how to turn customer insight into a focused plan, choose channels, set budgets, and measure results. Sessions use real examples and hands-on exercises so you leave with a concise, usable marketing plan.

Objectives

1. Draft a one-page marketing plan that links business objectives to target segments and tactics.
2. Create customer segments and two buyer personas using common data sources.
3. Apply the marketing mix to make product, price, place, and promotion decisions.
4. Allocate a simple marketing budget and prioritize channels using basic ROI estimates.
5. Define core KPIs and build a simple reporting dashboard to track campaign performance.
